Cell Requirements

These following are the cell Requirements,
Everybody that wants to rank up must reach these requirements FIRST before giving the promotion,

To enter the cell, the occupant first must know how to use terminals, explained about the Rule of engagement on Paris, where they cannot attack anyone unless they get attacked, Also the KOS the LED have on us universally, indefinately,

Then they must duel a R4+ and then if the R4+ thinks they are worthy of entering the cell then they can join,

The R4+ must explain to the occupant that wants to join about contributing to the cell and being loyal, being an active member and following orders from higher ranks.


MARKSMAN RANK

Marksman rank requires the occupant to know Paris well, the trainers must teach them the map of paris, how to use a medgun in group, how to use Knife, and contribute to farming in paris for a total of 2 days, once these are met, an R3+ in the cell will make a contract to kill 5 LED, the occupant then must complete this contract, They will get paid 5K UC for the contract. Once completed then they will rank to R2 status.

SPECIALIST RANK

Must contribute on cell contracts for 1 to 2 weeks, Know there way around most colonies, Must complete a contract to kill 10 LED from R3+. They will get paid 10K UC, Once these requirements are met the occupant will then be R3, once they are R3 they will have to help train any other new recruits.

I think we will start to ignore the eco requirement as we have been doing contract after contract and not been ecoing as much lately. But its good to know how to eco as it is cheap easy UC and may help you survive if times get tough.
